We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required. Please note that all returned batteries will be inspected, including verification of voltage levels and internal BMS (Battery Management System) data, to confirm that the product has not been used.
Please note: All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. In addition, if an order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, a 25% restocking fee will also be applied prior to issuing any refund.

Kindly inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it as efficiently as possible.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a refund—less the 25% restocking fee—will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund to your account.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for batteries returned to Epoch Batteries for any reason. If the original packaging is no longer available, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the battery is properly and safely packaged for return shipment. This includes using appropriate materials, such as a UN-approved lithium-ion battery shipping box, in compliance with applicable shipping regulations for hazardous materials.
Epoch Batteries is not liable for any damage incurred during return transit due to improper packaging. We strongly recommend retaining the original packaging or consulting with a qualified shipping provider to ensure safe and compliant return procedures.
